Service and safety

Haremoto is operated by Alexandru Radu, a private individual based in Romania, under the name Lazy. Postal contact: Romania. Email: [email protected]. Haremoto provides route, timing, charging, road-condition, and weather estimates from third parties. It is a planning tool, not turn-by-turn navigation or an emergency service.

• Do not operate Haremoto while riding or driving.
• Follow traffic law, signs, closures, speed limits, and official authority warnings.
• Weather and charger availability can change quickly. Verify critical information before departure.

Free and Pro service

Haremoto has a free tier. Haremoto Pro costs 6.00 RON per month at the current listed price. Checkout shows the final amount before you confirm payment. Promotions may reduce the price for their stated period.

• Pro is a monthly, automatically renewing subscription until cancelled.
• Payment is collected through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Haremoto does not store card details.
• You can manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation from Manage billing in the account menu.
• Portal cancellation normally follows the option shown by Stripe. Deleting the Haremoto account cancels a known subscription immediately and removes local access/data.
• Price changes apply only after appropriate notice and as permitted by law.

Cancellation, refunds, and consumer rights

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Unless checkout, the portal, or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund a period already charged. Contact support promptly for billing errors. Mandatory consumer rights—including any applicable withdrawal, remedy, or refund right—are not limited by these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your device and account session secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not abuse, attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer access controls, resell, or use Haremoto unlawfully.
• We may rate-limit or suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service. We will act proportionately where practicable.
• You keep rights in your route notes and inputs and grant Haremoto permission to process them only to provide and secure the service.

Availability, intellectual property, and liability

The Haremoto name, logo, design, copy, and original code belong to Alexandru Radu or the applicable licensors. Third-party maps/data remain subject to their own terms. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided without promises of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy, and the operator is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and law

Material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, notified in the service. Continued use after a change means acceptance where legally valid. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection law continues to apply. Disputes should first be sent to support so they can be resolved informally.
